Shannon play at the Ahmad Rashad Pro-Celebrity Golf Tournament at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT. Shannon played with former Yankee Jimmy Keys.

Shannon head to Minnesota to promote the upcoming Visa National Championships August 16-19 at the Xcel engery Center in St. Paul, MN.

She had a whirlwind of radio, print and television interviews along with a beam demonstration at the Mall of America. Yes she actually performed on the balance beam in the middle of the mall!

She the helped lead a Saturday morning fitness walk before heading to the airport for a couples days rest.

Shannon spends time on the golf course for a couple days at Vince Gill's Golf Tournament, The Vinny.

There was a private concert in the evening and a lot of fun on the golf course. Proceeds go to helping teach kids life lessons through the game of golf.

Shannon played a round of golf at the Grand Dunes Pro-Celebrity Classic to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
