Magnificent 7 Reunites!!

The entire 1996 Gold Medal Womens Gymnastics team will reunite in Atlanta this Tuesday. The team, dubbed the Magnificent 7, will talk to NBC about their Olympic memories and what they have been up to since that historic evening in July of 1996. The interview is set to air on the 17th of November on NBC, but make sure to check your local listing.
Shannon was the top scorer for the team during the Atlanta Olympic Team Final and went on to complete her Olympic career with the first ever Gold medal, for any American, on balance beam. |

Rick Wilkins Golf Tournament

Shannon attends the 15th Annual Wilkins Foundation Celebrity Golf Tournament and Dinner. Shannon was on hand in Jacksonville to attend the dinner and auction held at the TPC at Sawgrass that raises money for adults with disabilities. |

The entire Gold medal winning Women's Gymnastics Team, dubbed the "Mag 7", will meet in Atlanta today to tape a special NBC interview to be aired on November 17th. (Check your local listings). The seven girls will talk about their Olympic memories and what they have been up to since that special moment in history.
During the 1996 Olympic Shannon was the top scorer for the United States team and completed her Olympic career with an individual gold medal on balance beam, another first for the United States. |
