Shannon Miller, 's most decorated gymnast, is supporting the American Lung Association of Florida by promoting Climb Jacksonville. Today, an estimated one third of all children in the are over weight, while the occurrence of obesity has more than quadrupled in the last 25 years. Olympians Inspire Children

Olympic Gold medalists Shannon Miller and Shawn Johnson take time away from their 37 city "Tour of Gymnastics Superstars" to visit children at the Comer Children's Hospital. Johnson and Miller came to bring encouragement and enthusiasm to children--many of whom have spent a long time at Comer Children's Hospital receiving treatment. They also visited to increase awareness about advances in cancer treatment, early detection and prevention. Visit www.cancer.net for more information. |
