Healthy Beet Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt (Fage brand is best)
1 15 oz. can sliced beets or 1 1/2 cups boiled beets
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Puree beets in a food processor.
Stir in yogurt (DON’T puree yogurt because it will get watery) and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with pita chips, healthy crackers, or vegetable sticks.
