What is Pure Barre?

When are Pure Barre classes offered?

What if I’m pregnant, can I still attend Pure Barre classes?

  • “Pure Barre is perfect before, during and after your pregnancy.  The low impact and isometric movements are a safe and great way to stay healthy during your pregnancy and to bounce back after!  We even offer special packages for ‘Moms- to- Be’ or take advantage of our ‘Baby Bounce Back’ option.”
