Women’s Self Defense

Author: Shannon Miller

Women's self defence; a young lady defends her self in a practice class.

I recently took a Self Defense course with a great group of women. I will be writing several articles, including simple tips you can use from Officer Sam Rodriguez and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office that can help protect you and your family. Watch for this series of articles that will discuss the steps you can take to prevent an assault or burglary and discuss what to do if you become a victim.
