I always recommend juicing for health and nutrition. Healthy juicing helps you look and feel healthier with glowing skin, detoxing, and weight loss.

Try these fabulous healthy juicing recipes.

1) My favorite Green Juice for rejuvenating skin:

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 handful kale
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 handfuls romaine

It’s a bit spicy, which I like flavorwise. The ginger is good for the defense system. All the greens are awesome for your lymphatic system, which governs the puffiness in your face, as well as carrying away waste and delivering nutrients to every cell in your skin.

2) I call this family of juices “Ms. & Mr. Clean
The fruit-and-veg liquid powerhouse not only flushes toxins from your system but curbs salt cravings as well.

Choose the level that’s right for you based on your personal taste and experience in the juicing department.

LEVEL 1 – Lymph and fat flushing for beginners:

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon
  • Ginger to taste

LEVEL 2 – The lymphatic system has no “pump” like the circulatory system does so it relies on what we do for it in order to function properly. Intermediate:

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 lemon
  • Ginger to taste

 LEVEL 3: For a real advanced health drink:

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 beet
  • 1 kale leaf
  • 1 lemon
  • Ginger to taste

All the above ingredients are body regulators and cleansers for the body. In other words, most body problems stem from some sort of toxicity. These juices help to keep you clean hence no pimples, no cellulite, no sagging, etc. Also, the parsley, carrot, spinach and celery combined aid the body with salt cravings. That is my personal downfall so it helps me when I’m trying to lose weight etc.

3) For sugar cravings, this juice will help you defeat the sweet tooth monster:

  • 4 carrots
  • 1/2 apple
  • Ginger to taste

4) Say goodbye to dull; Cheers to brighter skin! 

  • 4 carrots
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 handful parsley

5) ALL CLEAR!  Juicin’ to a calmer, less irritated complexion! 

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 apple

The pineapple in this one tastes really nice!

6) “Super Eight” – For a super stress reliever/weight loss: 

  • 1 kale Leaf
  • 1 collard leaf
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 broccoli floret
