This week, Shannon Miller showed the Eight Week Walk-Fit Group some new exercises, and suggested adding arm exercises and skipping, and lunges to make a more active workout.
This is the third week of Shannon Miller’s Eight Week Walk-Fit Group, meeting on Wednesday mornings at 8:00AM for an hour of healthy, supportive discussion and a brisk walk in the Memorial Park area of downtown Jacksonville, Florida.
New walkers joined the group today, and returning members shared how much they have enjoyed being part of Shannon Miller’s Eight Week Walk-Fit Group.
