Shannon and friends met at Memorial Park in Jacksonville for a second week of healthy discussion and invigorating walking on Wednesday, Jun 29th.
The Group is meeting each week for eight weeks, to share in discussions about fitness and health, and for a nice walk with the other members of the supportive group.
Shannon Miller Lifestyle provides health, nutrition, and fitness information for women, but this week the group was joined by a man who is also interested in healthy living, and several members of the Wedding Gown Slim Down project.
